Exchange/Refund Policy

At Top Airguns, we are great believers in responsibility and accountability, so we pledge to fix all situations that are our fault. We have a 100% positive feedback on eBay and we aim to please, keeping our customers happy is more important to us than money, that means, that we will do our very best to ALWAYS help you.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a window of 30 days to return any item purchased from us. The time must be new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories and we will issue a FULL PRODUCT REFUND.
  • All refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of receiving the item back as we need to assess its condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
  • To return an item, please contact us at support@topaiirguns.eu and explain the situation/reason, please don’t ship items WITHOUT A RMA number as that would make our task very hard. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT be accepted by any reason.
  • We do not refund any shipping charges IF the issue doesn’t originate with us. Don’t worry, we will pay the return shipping if the item was faulty in the first place or else the issue is our fault, again, we will always respond in these cases. If the issue didn’t originate with us shipping the item back to us is your responsibility.
  • Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee. We will analyze each case separately and we will do this as fast as possible.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund. This is very important.
  • If the item is defective you will get a new replacement free of cost after shipping it back to us, please message us at support@topaiirguns.eu and we will also pay the return shipping in these cases.
  • We won´t refund missing packages that are shown delivered by the tracking number of the delivery company.
  • All the exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders or personalized items. Also, we cannot accept returns on of gift cards. Please get in touch at support@topaiirguns.eu if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
